We process your data to operate, protect, improve, and optimize our platform, specifically to:

  • Facilitate booking reservations and connect Guests with Hosts.
  • Verify identity documents, list properties, and prevent listing fraud.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. To facilitate bookings and provide platform services, your information may be shared in the following scenarios:

  • Between Guests and Hosts: When a booking is finalized, we share necessary Guest details (such as name, profile photo, and contact number) with the Host to arrange check-in. Likewise, Guest receives Host details.
  • With Service Providers: We share data with verified payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, bank partners), database hosts, customer service portals, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually bound to safeguard your data.
  • For Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required by the law of Nepal, or in response to valid requests by law enforcement or tax authorities.
